Follow-up
Today on my walk home (approximately 30 minutes), I invented a little chant. I spoke this chant out loud for the entire journey. Spoken. Out loud. Entire journey. I think this marks the complete and utter destruction of my intellect over the course of the day.

I fucking laughed out loud at this and then got it stuck in my head.
